Ordering was okay overall, but something felt a little off. The site lagged here and there, which made the whole process feel less smooth than it should’ve

The app gets the job done, but checkout has frozen on me a couple times, which is kind of annoying. That said, it’s still usable overall and not a huge deal if you’re patient.

I ordered on Taco Bell and everything were exactly how I picked it. No missing sauces, no wrong items, and the food was labeled right too. I was happy since my order had a few changes in it.

I like that I can switch items around and make it feel more personalized but some of the custom choices don’t always save right. It’s not a huge deal but it does get frustrating when I have to go back and fix things again.

I grabbed the crunchy tacos and they were tasty . They came out hot , had a nice crunch , and the flavor was solid . The sauce definitely made them even better . Nothing fancy , but for a quick order , I was happy with it .

I stopped at the Taco Bell drive-thru last night after work, i kind of regretted it once I was sitting there waiting. The line didn’t even look that bad, but it still took longer than I expected to get up to the window.

The guy working the window was friendly, so I can’t really complain about the service itself. My order was mostly right, but they forgot one sauce, and the tacos were messier than usual, which was a little disappointing after the wait.

Stopped here for lunch and it was way cleaner than I expected. The tables were wiped down the floors looked good and even the bathroom was nice. Made grabbing a quick meal feel a lot better.

I’ve stopped at a bunch of Taco Bell locations, i like that my usual order tastes pretty much the same every time. Pickup is usually quick and there aren’t any big surprises. I don’t really expect much from customer service and I’m always a little skeptical if something goes wrong, so I mostly just appreciate when the food is ready and correct without needing to talk to anyone.
